A fizzy honey-lemonade for grown-ups, starring our Honey Schnapps, a spirit with a soft, clean taste and a lovely, lingering honey essence

1½ ounces Cardinal Spirits Honey Schnapps
¾ oz lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Club soda, to taste
1. Combine Honey Schnapps, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker, then add ice.
2. Shake well, then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.
