FOOD-FRIENDLY + EASY-DRINKING!
La Boîte Amaro is a superbly spiced spirit that you bring to the table to sip with a meal, not just before or after it. A collaboration between La Boîte, the famed spice shop in NYC, and Cardinal Spirits, the craft distillery in Bloomington, Ind., this spirit ushers in a new style of American amaro: food-friendly and easy-drinking, with a less bitter and lower alcohol profile than most amari.

SO, WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE?
Pleasingly herbaceous and naturally sweet with a dose of citrus and smoke, this amaro is crafted with an extraordinary custom spice blend from La Boîte on a base of distilled red wine.
La Boîte founder and spice master Lior Lev Sercarz crafted a one-of-a-kind culinary spice blend for this amaro, bringing cooking spices to the cocktail glass in a way that only he can. To complement the red-grape base, Lev Sercarz chose a blend of 15 botanicals, featuring signature ingredients of star anise, licorice, orange, and green cardamom.
