ABOUT CARDINAL SPIRITS

WHAT WE DO: Cardinal Spirits is a craft distillery with a cocktail bar and restaurant in Bloomington, Ind. We distill creative, award-winning spirits using the highest quality ingredients, and we source local ingredients whenever possible. All parts of the distilling process — from fermentation to mashing to aging to bottling — happen on-site. We offer distillery tours, and in our tasting room, you can sample a flight of spirits, order one-of-a-kind cocktails made with our spirits, eat dinner 7 days a week and weekend brunch, and buy bottles of our spirits to take home. Our spirits are available in 11 states and Washington, D.C.

OPENING DATE: Cardinal Spirits opened in February 2015.

LOCATION: Cardinal Spirits is at 922 S. Morton St., one mile south of downtown Bloomington. The building overlooks the B-Line, the popular walking and biking trail that runs through the city.

FOUNDERS: Adam Quirk (Bloomington), Jeff Wuslich (Bloomington), Jason Katz (Cincinnati), Rick Deitz (Bloomington)

PRODUCTS: Cardinal Spirits distills Vodka, Pride Vodka, Terra Botanical Gin, Standard Dry Gin, Tiki Rum, Lake House Spiced Rum, Flora Liqueur, Songbird Coffee Liqueur, Bramble Black Raspberry Vodka, Honey Schnapps, Black Bear Bierschnaps, Valencia Triple Sec, Nocino, Barley McBarleyface, and Creekbend Brandy. We have released limited batches of Single Malt Whiskey and Single Barrel Bourbon, and have more spirits aging in barrels. Canned cocktails are part of our line-up, too: our Bramble Mule and Maui Mule canned cocktails are both riffs on Moscow Mules.

DISTRIBUTION: Cardinal Spirits products are available at 200+ locations in 11 states and Washington D.C. (Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Maryland, and Washington D.C.). Our full line of spirits is also sold at our distillery.
