Join us at the distillery for a remarkable 4-course dinner with cocktail pairings created and presented by Jim. Your ticket includes a signed copy of Meehan’s Bartender Manual, which earlier this year won a James Beard Award — Jim’s second! The book effortlessly mixes definitive cocktail recipes with a curious peek into some of the most popular bars in the country. This event is open to the public.
Dinner courses:
Stracciatella — a hand-pulled cheese, with cantaloupe, honey, mint, and house-made sourdough bread
My My Salad — arugula, spiced sweet potatoes, pickled red onions, spicy avocado, sunflower and Santa Maria lime dressing
Glazed Pork Belly with pineapple, pickled onions, fish sauce caramel, spice Christine, fried Brussels sprouts
