Jim Meehan is one of the greatest minds in cocktailing and we’d like you to meet him! Shake hands! Clink glasses! Join us at the distillery on this special evening for a book signing of Meehan’s Bartender Manual, cocktails and light snacks, and Q&A with Jim, who is, in short, a legend: a bar operator, spirits and cocktail educator, author, and James Beard Award winner.

He owns the famed PDT (Please Don’t Tell) cocktail bar in NYC and recently opened a second location in Hong Kong. His fascinating Meehan’s Bartender Manual, which earlier this year won a James Beard Award — Jim’s second! — effortlessly mixes definitive cocktail recipes with a curious peek into some of the most popular bars in the country.

Come ready with questions for Jim about mixing drinks, owning a bar, entertaining, his career — whatever’s on your mind. This event is open to the public. Doors open at 6:45pm, and the bar will remain open after the event for cocktails and mingling with Jim.
