Back in 2016, we decided to do something pretty weird on a whim. We distilled Upland Brewing Co.'s seasonal Oktoberfest beer and aged it in one of Upland's oyster stout barrels. Our distiller's pet project turned into something wild and wonderful! Oktoberfest Whiskey is a briny, earthy spirit with milk chocolate notes — we guarantee there's nothing else like it. A limited number of bottles will be released at the distillery only.
