Our most-requested spirit is back: Nocino bottles and cocktails will be released on Friday, Nov. 4, starting at 4pm until we run out! Bottles are very limited; sold at the distillery and select retailers.

Nocino (pronounced no-CHEE-no) is our green walnut liqueur, made the traditional European way but with walnuts hand-harvested from our family’s trees in northern Indiana. We haven’t produced Nocino the past couple of years because of low harvest, but this year we were able to pick a small batch.

This wonderful fall spirit can be sipped neat, made into cocktails, poured over ice cream. Bring a bottle to Thanksgiving to share before or after the big meal.
