A special release of some of our OLDEST and tastiest bourbon, just in time for the holidays!! This will be our last spirit release of 2023, and we expect it to go fast. For this limited bottling, our distiller has blended a 6yo barrel and an 8yo barrel -- 100% Cardinal Spirits distillate.

Four Grain Bourbon is a Resident Bird Spirit, meaning it was fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled entirely by Cardinal Spirits.

Four Grain Bourbon is:

60% corn

20% barley

10% wheat

10% rye

You’ll get that trusty Heartland character from corn and barley, plus a satisfying softness from wheat, and a lil spicy thrill from the rye. Wonderful sipped neat and excellent in an Old Fashioned!
