Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. So join us on Sunday, August 6th as we attempt to establish a new religion based on the act of making of bourbon whiskey. At the very least, we will make some bourbon whiskey.

We are inviting 25 people into the distillery to help us make a batch of bourbon! You and 24 lucky guests will:
Learn about the different types of grains in a bourbon.
Assist in adding those grains to the mash tun
Learn about the step mashing process
Watch starch converted into sugars
Learn about barrel aging
Learn about the different steps of distillation
