This amazing holiday cocktail has it all: cranberry, honey, lemon, rosemary — and, most importantly! — our delicious Terra Botanical Gin. This gin is a collaboration with the one-and-only La Boite spice company in NYC — it’s woodsy and wild and the perfect pour for cocktails this time of year.

Terra Holiday Gimlet

1.5 oz Cardinal Spirits Terra Botanical Gin
.75 oz honey, warm
.5 oz cranberry juice
.5 oz lemon juice
2 sprigs rosemary

garnish: 1 sprig rosemary

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice; shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, then garnish with rosemary.
