2 oz Cardinal Spirits Terra Botanical Gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1.5 teaspoons cherry preserves
2 dashes orange bitters
5 mint leaves, plus a mint sprig for garnish
Club soda, to taste

Add all ingredients except club soda to a shaker with ice; shake well. Strain into a large rocks glass filled with ice, then top with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
