Tastes like coffee, but better

Our craft coffee liqueur has plenty of coffee in it, but also has all the complementary flavors you get in a fancy coffee drink. Notes of caramel, vanilla, and chocolate balance out the coffee.

We make our Songbird Craft Coffee liqueur using locally roasted coffee beans from Hopscotch, right down the street from the distillery. They cart the beans down the B-Line to us in a little red wagon!

White Russian

1 1/2 oz Songbird Craft Coffee Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Cardinal Spirits Vodka
1 oz cream or half & half

Pour coffee liqueur, vodka, and ice into an old fashioned or rocks glass, and stir. Float cream on top and add straw.

Cafe a l'orange

1 1/2 oz Songbird Craft Coffee Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Cardinal Spirits Vodka
Orange peel

Shake ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a small old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Express and garnish with peel of an orange.
