We've waited patiently while it has aged and the time has finally come. We're releasing our very first Bourbon!
This product is 100% Indiana. We've sourced 4 grains (corn, barley, wheat, and rye) from Columbus and Lebanon resulting in some of the smoothest Hoosier booze you've ever tasted. This is a very limited release, we're only pulling a few barrels, so make sure to be waiting at the door so you can get your very own 375ml bottle.
Thursday 10/13:
Join us for a cocktail class where we'll teach you all you need to know about our Bourbon, fun ways to cocktail with it, and the science of drinking it straight, neat, or on the rocks. Your two hour class includes a free drink, history of bourbon, how we make ours and, of course, cocktail sampling. You will also have the opportunity to purchase this new product before anyone else, and that's pretty exciting. Sign up online to reserve your spot!
Friday 10/14:
Bottles go on sale at noon, stop by and sample it straight up or in one of our special cocktail creations.
Saturday 10/15:
We'll be offering FREE tours at 1, 2, and 4. These tours will focus on Bourbon and all that goes into making it. No need to sign up online, just be there and ready to have a good time.
Bottles will be available from 10a-12a along with samples and cocktails.
