You can't go wrong with a Whiskey Sour: light and airy, gently tangy with a nice foamy cap. 2 ounces Cardinal Spirits Whiskey 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice 1/2 ounce simple syrup 1 egg white brandied cherry and bitters, for garnish Combine ingredients in a shaker without ice, and shake vigorously to emulsify the egg white.
